- Cookies- A cookie is, in particular, a small text file that a website saves on a user's device (e.g. computer, laptop, smartphone, Smart TV) when the user browses it. Cookies store information that is often necessary for the proper operation of the website. Cookies may store a unique number that identifies the user's device, but the user's identity is not determined from it.
- Personal informationmeans any information about an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the natural person;
- RODO- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 281, 23.11.1995, p. 31). - Service- means a website or application under which the Administrator operates an Internet service, operating in the www.czasnabuty.pl.
- Device- means the electronic device through which the User accesses the Service.
- User- means an entity to whom, in accordance with the Regulations and legal regulations, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

Deleting cookies from your device

- However, there are situations where service providers processing cookies will have a separate basis for processing personal data, and in that case-these providers will act as a Personal Data Controller.
- Information obtained through the cookie mechanism and exploitation data may constitute personal data within the meaning of the RODO in certain exceptional situations. If the information indicated above is classified as personal data then the controller of the personal data is SHELOVET SP. Z O.O. . Even in case of doubt whether a certain category of information is personal data, the Administrator implements mechanisms to protect this information as if it were personal data.
- The processing of the above categories of data to the extent that it is necessary for the proper display of the site ("essential" cookies) is based on the so-called legitimate interest of the site controller (Art. 6(6). 1 litre. (f) RODO. To this end, it may come to:
