Lead time
We send parcels in several ways:
- by Poczta Polska courier service - Courier48
- by courier company DPD
- to Parcel Machines
Shipments are usually delivered on the second working day after shipment from our warehouse, and in the case of "Postal Courier 48" service up to 3 working days after posting.
This is a projected time, not guaranteed by the companies performing the transportation services.
We ship daily.
Important information:
Lead time = time to prepare the order for shipment + delivery time of the transport company.
We send parcels up to 48h from the time the payment is credited to our account (prepayment) or from the time the cash on delivery order is received.
Courier:
- goods are delivered by courier only on working days without Saturdays
- change of delivery address is possible only before shipment of the order
- if the recipient is not at home, the courier will leave an advice note. Couriers are not required to contact customers by phone, will make two delivery attempts
- in case of double absence, the advised package can be collected at the nearest branch of the courier company
Parcel Post:
- after delivery to the parcel machine, the customer will be notified by text message and e-mail
- the customer has 2 days to pick up the parcel, after this time the parcel will be available for 3 days to be picked up at the InPost branch in the city
