The privacy policy contains the rules applicable to the Service for collecting and using data about Users when they place orders for goods offered by the company.
Our overriding goal is to ensure the privacy of service users, as data protection is a matter of trust, and trust is very important to us. 1. INFORMATION OBLIGATION OF THE ADMINISTRATOR

1.2. the Administrator obtains personal data from the Users of the online store www.czasnabuty.pl and www.hurt.czasnabuty.pl. The primary way to obtain data is by voluntarily filling out a form. The administrator thus obtains the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the User. The data is stored by the administrator in a format that allows it to be transferred. The website also operates an automated system to monitor user behavior and tailor content to the user's interest. This system is integrated into our store and any User can object at any time.
1.(3) In addition, any User may request:

- rectification of personal data,
- deletion of personal data,
- limitation of personal data processing,
- transfer of personal data.

The Administrator executes the User's request immediately. Deletion, restriction, transfer, and objection to data processing will affect the services provided and will likely result in the inability to perform those services properly. You should be aware that your data is processed only for the purpose of processing your order and providing you with personalized commercial information.
1.(5) You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection when it is justified that your personal data is processed by the controller in violation of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
1.(6) The Administrator processes personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order placed by the User and for the purpose of sending the User personalized commercial information. Giving consent is voluntary and is a contractual requirement and is necessary for the performance of the contract. The contract consists of the sale of the products you have ordered. This means that without your consent to the processing of your personal data, we will not be able to process your order or contact you.

2. COLLECTION AND USE OF DATA TO PERFORM THE CONTRACT

Mandatory fields are marked accordingly, the data they contain are necessary for the execution of the contract, the establishment of a customer account or the processing of a case in which you have contacted us. Without providing them, you cannot complete your order, create an account, or contact us. What kind of data is collected is evident from the forms into which the data is entered. We use the data you provide to perform the contract and respond to your inquiries. Once the contract has been fulfilled or you have deleted your customer account, the processing of your data will be limited, and after the expiration of the retention periods specified in accounting and tax regulations, the data will be completely deleted unless you have explicitly consented to the continued use of the data.

2.(2) In the event that you provide your personal data for the purpose of transferring your personal data to Twisto Poland sp. featuring.o. prior to the conclusion of a contract of sale of goods (or services) purchased in the Online Store, the provision of such data is a condition for the conclusion of a contract of sale in connection with the business model of operations adopted by the Online Store.
2.3 In the case of transfer of your personal data to the Bank in connection with the processing and settlement of payments made by you to the Online Store via the Internet using payment instruments, the provision of data is required in order to process the payment and provide confirmation of its execution by the Bank to the Online Store.
2.(4) In the case of transfer of your personal data to the Bank for the purpose of verification by the Bank of the proper performance of the agreements concluded with the online store, in particular to ensure the protection of the interests of payers in connection with the complaints submitted by them, the provision of such data is required in order to enable the implementation of the agreement concluded between the online store and the Bank.
2.(5) In the event that your personal data is transferred to Twisto Polska sp. featuring.o. in connection with the possibility of offering you to pay the price for the goods or services purchased by you by Twisto Polska sp. featuring.o. within the framework of a contract of mandate including the shopping formula "Buy with Twisto" and making this formula available by the Internet Shop, providing these data and processing them for this purpose is required in connection with the business model of conducting business adopted by the Internet Shop and in order to implement the contract concluded between the Internet Shop and Twisto Polska Sp. featuring.o.
3. TRANSFER OF DATA TO PERFORM THE CONTRACT
In order to perform the contract concluded with you, we transfer your data:
3.1. to the delivery courier company, insofar as it is necessary for the delivery of the ordered goods.
3.2.Depending on which payment service provider you select during the order process, in order to process the payment, we will transfer the necessary payment data to the credit institution handling the payment and possibly to the payment service provider selected by us or by you. Some payment service providers collect data on their own if you create an account with them. In such cases, you must provide your access data to the payment service provider as part of the order - the privacy policy of the payment service provider in question will then also apply.
3.3. to ING Bank Slaski S.A. ("Bank") in connection with:
a. provision by the Bank to the Online Shop of the service of making available the infrastructure for handling payments via the Internet (legal basis: art. 6(6). 1 litre. (f) Regulations).
b. handling and settlement by the Bank of payments made by customers of the Online Store over the Internet using payment instruments (legal basis: art. 6(6). 1 litre. (f) Regulations).
c. in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of the agreements concluded with the Online Shop, in particular to ensure the protection of the interests of the payers in connection with the complaints submitted by them (legal basis: art. 6(6). 1 litre. (f) Regulations).
d. transfer of your personal data to Twisto Polska sp. featuring.o. in connection with the possibility of offering to pay for the purchased goods or services by Twisto Polska sp. featuring.o. within the framework of the contract of mandate covering the shopping formula "Buy with Twisto" and making this shopping formula available through the Online Shop, as well as for the purpose of verification by Twisto Poland Sp. featuring.o. the due performance of such commission contracts (legal basis: art. 6(6). 1 litre. (f) Regulations). In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes specified in paragraph. 3.2, your personal data may be shared by the Online Store with other recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, which may be:

4. PROTECTION OF COLLECTED DATA

5.(2) The data referred to in paragraph. 2 of the Privacy Policy, are not shared with third parties.
5.(3) Exception to the rule referred to in paragraph. 3.2. of the Privacy Policy, constitutes a situation in which a court, prosecutor's office or other authorities make a request to the company for access to such data, having first indicated the legal basis for their request. In such a situation, the company provides the above data to the extent that it is required.
5.(4) The company shall also make available the data referred to in paragraph. 2 of the Privacy Policy, in case of violation by the User or Customer of the Regulations of the Internet Store.
6. EVALUATION OF SUPPLIERS AND PRODUCTS
