RETURNS - WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT


You can return the received goods within 30 days of receiving the shipment, without providing a reason. Returned goods must not show any signs of use, so please handle them carefully when trying them on.

You may cancel the entire order or part of it. If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. For partial returns, delivery costs will be refunded proportionally to the number of items returned (e.g., if you return half of the order, we will refund half of the delivery costs). The amount due for the returned goods will be refunded to you as quickly as possible, no later than 14 working days from the date we receive the returned parcel. Refunds will be issued to your bank account or payment card, depending on the payment method used for the order.

You can return the goods to us by choosing one of two options:

 

Using the store's shipping service:
(option available for registered customers, shipping via InPost parcel locker - cost 9.83 PLN, deducted from the refund amount)

Log in to your account in the store, go to the "goods returns" tab, and then click "add goods return". Continue following the instructions on the page.Print the return request (clicking on the option will generate the return form and the return shipping code).Sign the form and place it in the package with the returned goods and proof of purchase (without a signature, we will not be able to credit the return).Deliver the parcel with the return code on it to an Inpost brand parcel machine of your choice (the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount to be returned).

 

Detailed instructions:

  1. Log in to your account at czasnabuty.pl

    Go to the "Your account" tab --> "merchandise returns" --> "add merchandise returns"

  2. Choose from the list the order from which you want to make a return, and then select the goods you want to send back

  3. Choose how to return the goods --> "I will use the store's shipments"

    Choose how to return the goods --> Traditional bank transfer or payment via an intermediary (P24, PayU, Imoje)

    a ) If selecting a bank transfer, provide the bank account number where the refund should be sent.

    b) If selecting a payment intermediary, the refund will be processed back to the same account (or payment card) used for the original payment.

  4. Submit the return request.

  5. Print return request form (clicking this option will generate a return form and return code)

  6. Sign the form and place it in the package with the returned goods (please note that unsigned forms cannot be processed)

  7. Take your package to any Parcel Machine in Poland. All Parcel Machines are accessible 24/7, and you can send the package yourself. Use the return code provided by our store, which allows you to open any Parcel Machine in Poland for convenient package drop-off. On the Parcel Machine screen, select "Send parcel" and then "I have a return code". Accept the terms and conditions and enter the 10-digit return code.

Note!

  1. Regardless of how you return the goods, they should be packed in a suitable manner to prevent damage during transport.

  2. Returned goods will be accepted only if they are sent back with complete contents (including freebies, gifts, etc.).), and the product itself and accessories will be undamaged.

  3. Please include a completed return form and proof of purchase of the goods with the returned goods.

  4. We do not accept any parcels sent COD! Returns sent back in this way are returned to the sender, as we are unable to receive such a package.

  5. We do not accept return shipments sent to InPost Parcel Post (shipments sent on a label generated in our system are delivered by INPOST directly to our business address).

ADVERTISEMENTS


Remember, that in case you receive defective or damaged goods you have the right of complaint. You can report a complaint using the complaints department located at panel client's administration panel or use the form below. Sending back the advertised product, remember to pack it carefully and protect it from possible damage.

W 14 days we will respond to your complaint and notify you By e-mail about its consideration. In the case of considering complaint in your favor we will repair or replace the advertised goods to the full value. We will refund You also the cost of sending back the advertised product - 15 PLN (calculated based on the price list of the Polish Post Office for postal parcels economy parcels). In case of shortage of replacement goods we will reimburse you for the returned goods as soon as possible possible (within 14 working days of processing the complaint). We will pay the amount due for the returned goods to Your bank account or to your payment card, if it was used to pay for the order.

 

Note! Complaints are not subject to:

- overt defects apparent at the time of receipt of the package, and not reported immediately upon discovery,

- replaceable parts of footwear, i.e., lasts or tops,

- worn or scuffed shoe bottoms,

- mechanical damage (bruises, abrasions, scratches, nicks),

- mismatch between footwear and foot,

- broken or visibly mechanically damaged ornaments (bows, buttons, buckles),

- mechanically damaged zippers,

- natural wear and tear of footwear,

- defects arising from lack of proper footwear maintenance (e.g., footwear getting wet),

- footwear coloring resulting from excessive foot perspiration or excessive wetting of footwear,

- defects caused by cleaning and washing of footwear with agents not intended for this purpose,

- defects caused by washing shoes in a washing machine,

- stains on shoes caused by external factors,

- shoe smell.
